An experienced professional in private equity and real estate investment management, Ryan spent four years at The Broe Group where he managed a $700M+ real estate portfolio.

Alec Parower
Co-Founder & President
Alec leads the company’s financing, third-party relationship development, and supports deal sourcing.
He has spent the last eight years working at institutional and boutique real estate investment management firms. He also currently acts as an advisor for Flagship RTL, a company that provides turnkey, premium space for growing brands at flexible lease terms.
Alec holds a Psychology and Economics degree from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. He also obtained a certificate in commercial real estate from NYU - Schack Institute of Real Estate.
